Dr.A.Adisesha Reddy did his Post Graduation in Commerce & Management in 1997 from Acharya Nagarjuna University. And awarded Ph.D fron the same university in 2013 (for contributing the work in Small & Medium Enterprises Development in Krishna District). He has more than 24 years of teaching experience and life member of ISTE and AIMS. He worked as Secretary for 3 years and elected as Vice-Chairman of AIMS (Association of Indian Management Schools)-AP Chapter for 2021-22. Dr Reddy has published more than 20 research articles in reputed and rated journals & participated many national, International conferences. His areas of interest is Finance and Human Resource Management. As a long-standing employee of college, he has close association with this institution from its inception, appointed as Head of the department in the year 2015, organized guest lecturers/seminars/workshops/national & international webinars & Faculty Development Programmes successfully for the benefit of students and faculty. More than 60% of the students are placed in good companies as Dr Reddy initiated innovative teaching and learning practices with emerging course structure and introduced many activities to improve co-curricular and extra-curricular capabilities of the students.
