Objective of the Robotics Club

Introduction:

   A Robotics club is a gathering of students who are interested in learning about and working with Industrial Robots. Students acquire deeper knowledge through active exploration of real-world challenges and problems. Students learn about a subject by working for an extended period to investigate and respond to a complex question, challenge, or problem. At robotics competitions, teams of students would design and build a Robot that can compete in a series of specific challenges.

Aim:

   The aim of the Robotic club is to inculcate within young minds the habit of thinking innovatively and technologically vibrant.

Objectives:

1. To facilitate students to understand, design and learn Robotics.
2. Provide interested students with opportunities to express their skills, knowledge, and creativity through conceptualizing, designing, and programming robots.
3. Brining latest technologies in automation and manufacturing sectors
4. Firsthand experience on industrial robots for the students
5. Learning with industry – driven production Requirements.
6. Real-time training to supplement students with skill on advanced technologies to make them standout in global arena.
7. Creation of knowledge pool of students with high-end technical skills for immediate absorption into research and Industry.

1. Seminars, Workshop on basics of robotics.
2. Robotics awareness programmes.
3. Short term training programmes.
4. Inter college competitions on manual robotics.
5. Techfests.
